These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Beckmere LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company operating ShopFiberOptic at shopfiberoptic.com (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the site and any purchases you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items that are unexpectedly out of stock. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the full amount promptly.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price at the time of checkout is what you pay.
  • If a price is obviously wrong (for example, a typo that makes a $100 item show as $1), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, carriers, and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package.

Product Information

We do our best to describe products accurately, including specs, images, and compatibility. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing tolerances and monitor differences. Product specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, contact us and we'll make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on shopfiberoptic.com — text, images, guides, logos, and code — is owned by Beckmere or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content without written permission, except that you may share links and small excerpts with attribution.

"ShopFiberOptic" and the ShopFiberOptic logo are trademarks of Beckmere. QBL Innovations and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shopfiberoptic.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site without our permission.
  • Attempt to access non-public systems or circumvent security.
  • Resell products in a way that violates manufacturer agreements or applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, and you consent to jurisdiction there. You may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
