Shipping Policy

Seller of Record

Orders placed on shopfiberoptic.com are sold and fulfilled by Beckmere LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, operating under the trade name ShopFiberOptic. All shipments originate from or on behalf of Beckmere LLC's principal office at 2210 Springdale Dr, Franklin, TN 37064.

Where We Ship

ShopFiberOptic ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally. If you need international shipping, contact us at support@shopfiberoptic.com and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: $8.99 flat rate for orders under $75
  • Free shipping: Orders of $75 or more ship free (US 48 contiguous states)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: Additional shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

  • In-stock items: Ship same business day if ordered before 2:00 PM Central Time, otherwise the next business day.
  • Back-ordered items: We'll email you with the expected ship date. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of shipment, depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

  • East and Central US: typically 2 to 5 business days
  • West US: typically 4 to 7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii: typically 5 to 10 business days

These are carrier estimates. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, or for items shipping from a manufacturer warehouse.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on destination, package size, and cost.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also find tracking info under Order History if you have an account.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@shopfiberoptic.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting. If you notice an error immediately, email support@shopfiberoptic.com right away and we'll try to correct it before the order ships. If the order has already shipped to an incorrect address you provided, you're responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in states where Beckmere LLC has an obligation to do so. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
