ShopFiberOptic is a trade name of Beckmere LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company with its principal office at 2210 Springdale Dr, Franklin, TN 37064. Returns under this policy are handled by Beckmere LLC.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Original packaging and all included accessories must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@shopfiberoptic.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Refund is issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same or different products. Contact us at support@shopfiberoptic.com to arrange an exchange.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
